  • Misuse of the site (e.g., hacking attempts, malware) is prohibited.
  • Ghaith Shop may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in unlawful activities.

2. Orders and Payment

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email, but this does not constitute final acceptance.
  • Ghaith Shop may adjust prices or cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • Displayed prices exclude taxes or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, and cash-on-delivery (COD).
  • If payment fails, Ghaith Shop reserves the right to cancel the order without notice.
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions will result in order cancellation and reporting to authorities.

3. Delivery and Receipt

  • Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location and product type.
  • Estimated delivery time will be provided in the order confirmation but may face unforeseen delays.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, a second attempt or rescheduling will be arranged.
  • Responsibility for products (including damage/loss) transfers to you upon delivery.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, material shortages, or high demand.
  • International orders may take longer and are subject to customs regulations; customers bear any additional fees.
  • A tracking number will be provided for order monitoring via the website or shipping provider.

4. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

  • Cancellation:
    • Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement.
    • Refunds for credit card/e-wallet payments will be processed within 7–15 business days.
    • Ghaith Shop reserves the right to cancel orders due to unverified payment/address details or suspected fraud.
  • Returns & Exchanges:
    • Products can be returned within 3 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging with the invoice.
    • Opened/used products are non-refundable unless defective.
    • Non-returnable items include health products, undergarments, and digital goods.
    • Refunds, store credit, or exchanges are subject to approval.
    • Customers cover return shipping for change of mind; Ghaith Shop covers costs for defective/wrong items.
  • International Returns:
    • Customers bear international return shipping costs and must use a tracked courier.
    • Processing may take up to 30 business days after product receipt.

5. Warranty & Defective Products

  • Some products include manufacturer warranties; keep the invoice and warranty documents.
  • Report damaged/incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos may be required for assessment.
  • Defective products will be replaced or fully refunded, including original shipping fees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All site content (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by or licensed to Ghaith Shop.
  • Unauthorized copying, republishing, or distribution is prohibited.

  • Products/services are provided "as is" without additional warranties.
  • Ghaith Shop is not liable for direct/indirect damages from site or product use.
  • Ghaith Shop is not responsible for delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).
  • Disputes will be resolved under UAE laws.

  • When donating to villages/beneficiaries listed on the site, Ghaith Shop will process donations based on the selected product.
  • If stock is unavailable, a similar product of equal value will be substituted.
  • If no substitute is available, the product’s value will be donated per Ghaith Shop’s donation mechanism.
  • If logistical issues prevent delivery, Ghaith Shop may donate the product’s value instead.
  • All donations follow Ghaith Shop’s discretion, and the shop retains decision-making authority.
  • Donors cannot reclaim funds or change beneficiaries after confirmation.
  • Ghaith Shop may update the donation policy as needed, with changes posted on the website.
